    : Vintage Heart Shaped Sterling Silver Miraculous Medal.  One side says  “O Mary! conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!” (in tiny font). These words surrounded Blessed Mary in St Catherine vision in 1830.  On the other side has the stars, M with cross and the two hearts.  Marked Sterling.  Vintage 1950s.
