Vintage Holley 2 Blade Folding Jack Knife Lakeville Conn Stag / Antler Grips ?

Bidding on this old jack knife as shown, came from a collection of an old timer gentleman who had for a long time in his family.  Blades are worn and have some rust spots. I only used a "knife eraser" to clean blades up a little and oiled them with wd-40. I think the grips are stag/antler material- both sides have chips/cracks and are missing small pieces- look closely at grips for damage in pictures and you will see areas mentioned. It has definately been sharpened repeatedly in past and both blades are worn. Marked on both blades Holley Lakeville Conn . Look at pictures carefully ( I took several under various lighting conditions and backgrounds) and bid accordingly.
