Also when you make an offer, please keep in mind that if the shipping fees are included in the price, the registered shipping from Switzerland is anything but cheap. Asking for buyers offer is just a marketing tool and does not means that I'm a beggar, so any ridiculous offer will bring a well earned place to my blocked users list. The buyers should pay for their items on time and not abuse the feedback, returns, and buyer protection programs. I am trying to offer good deals and fair prices, and I'll always be open to suggestions or business offers as long as everything will occur in a civilized manner.

The orders are processed between 24 and 72 hours after the payment completion. The items are carefully packed in sealed bags and protected in cardboard boxes or padded envelopes.

Swiss Post provides the most cost effective solution for international shipping from Switzerland.
PAID SHIPPING - Items are sent via Swiss Post Priority International shipping, with on-line tracking option and signed for delivery.
FREE SHIPPING - Items are sent via Swiss Post Economy International shipping, no tracking option and standard delivery.
By default all the items are shipped from Switzerland, but for the European Union buyers the parcels can be shipped from France twice per week.

The customs fees, duties and/or import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These fees are usually charged by the carrier when the item is delivered, and should not be considered as additional shipping costs. The undervaluation of the Customs declaration is not allowed in any circumstances. Any request in this matter will void the transaction and will result in a cancellation of your order.

Returns are part of the transaction process and will always be considered under some particular circumstances.
A notification about the return request reason would be the only civilized way to start the process. Most of the return requests could be solved in a friendly manner if the buyers would notify the sellers directly about their intention before initiating a return request from eBay.
A honest reason for the return would be very important in the way the seller will treat the request.
For the seller protection purpose, all the items are filmed or photographed before shipping as a proof for the item condition.
The returned item should be in the same condition as received by the buyer. Any modification in the item condition must be reported before initiating the return procedure. In the case of a return request, the buyer agrees to pay in full all the fees generated by the return procedure. In the case of a replacement agreement, the return shipping fees will be supported by the seller.
