The Snore Splint ready form technology allows you to wear this mouthpiece right out of the package without boil and biting.
Simply take the Snore Splint Mouthpiece out of the protective case and wash thoroughly using warm water for 2 minutes
Try wearing for 30 minutes before bedtime for 3 days for your jaw to adjust
Place the Snore Splint Mouthpiece in your mouth and adjust to a comfortable position

Do not clench teeth hard on the Snore Splint Mouthpiece
Do not cover the Snore Splint Mouthpiece with your lips. (Your mouth will naturally stay slightly open with the mouthpiece in)
