Appears to be in excellent condition. A few signs of light wear but overall a great piece. Not running -- I'm pretty sure all it needs is a new battery but I'm not 100% sure (hence the low price). If you get it and it ends up being harder to start than you expect I would accept a return.

I usually ship with USPS First Class. Simple packaging -- Item comes wrapped securely in bubble wrap in a mailer.
