Its vegetable prep attachment designed for quality continuous feed slicing, dicing, shredding, grating, french fry, and julienne. This unit is sturdy, its polycarbonate motor base, designed to withstand the processing of large quantities. The user can accommodate 39 different processing discs and potato ricing attachment. Its new lid design eases the overall cleaning process. Its large hopper, able to cope with up to 10 tomatoes at a time, caters to bulky vegetables such as cabbage and celeriac. However, its cylindrical hopper is designed for processing long or delicate vegetables, such as courgettes, cucumbers, mushrooms, with flawless cutting precision.
