Description
Outdoor Wood Fired Pizza Oven, Made in Sicily, Italy!. Condition is New.Made with craftsmanship and with materials in conformity with current laws, it is an oven with firewood combustion, and has technical characteristics for its endurance and dimensions. It can elegantly be part of any environment and can fulfill every necessity.
These ovens are formed by two chambers: the cooking chamber and the combustion chamber, separated by a rostering thermal plane (cooking plane), obtained with traditional materials such as chalk and terra-cotta bricks.
The cooking chamber
, entirely isolated from the external surface, is made with black metal sheet, (1/8 of an inch think). A thermostat is placed on the outside for the internal temperature.
The combustible chamber
, also made with black metal sheet (3/16 of an inch thick) has, at the base, a grilled surface for discharge of ashes that are gathered in a drawer located underneath, very easy to empty. By means of a lateral circular ducts, communicates with a pipe, set in the center/upper section of the oven, for an easy and convenient exhaustion of the smoke. It is also furnished with a metal door that permits the ignition and loading of the firewood.
The entire oven is covered and protected by a thermal insulation, (1-3/16 of an inch thick) made with fiberglass, and by an external layer of “sink sealed” metal sheet.
The front of the oven is outfitted elegantly with marble or with bricks. The oven is supported by four metal Millard on wheels, and the oven can be easily moved or carried.
