We are introducing the Germoglio line of St. Benedict crucifixes and medals to our expanding collection. Each one of these items is hand crafted, attention to detail and quality is what distinguishes these from many similar crucifixes.
This original pendant is hand crafted by master Italian jewelers with a very high level of detail.  The medal itself is made of 18Kt Yellow Gold with a satin finish, and is encased in a polished ring including the bail made of 925 sterling silver.   A beautiful two tone effect, not only in material but also finish.
This medal is from Germoglio's flagship line "Precious Line".  The "ball" itself measures 11mm in diameter (not including the mounting ring) and is shipped in its original packaging. A true masterpiece of Italian artistry!
The medal of St. Benedict is approved by the Church, and by the power of Christ on the Cross is a strong protection for our Faith against the temptations of the Devil.
St. Benedict's Medal and Medal-Cross can be worn round the neck or carried with you as well as hung on your house walls. In case of sickness it can be applied on the infirm part of the body. In the case of sick animals, it can be put in the water they drink. Any time you use St. Benedict's Medal or Medal-Cross for these particular purposes, tradition invites to say five Gloria Patri to Jesus Passion, three Hail Mary to the Blessed Virgin Mary and a Lord's Prayer to St. Benedict.
