This is a vintage Nancy Ann Story book  "Little Sister goes to Dancing school"  She has on a  red dress with red nettting.    She is  hard plastic and has all clothing nothing missing.   She is from the Little Sister series and has sleep eyes.  Very nice item. She is  2 1/2 " tall.  #53
