Medallion World Council of Churches 1954 Evanston Northwestern Oikoumene

Description

I have googled and searched and couldn't find anything like this.
I'm not sure what medal but from what I see, it could be bronze.
3 ribbons connected. One is an anchor, one is a cross and the other is a 1"
medallion from the World Council of Churches Second Assembly, Evanston Ill.1954.
