LADIES TISSOT 1853 SWISS MADE STAINLESS STEEL MESH STRAP WATCH - NOT WORKING!

This is a nice Tissot 1853 Swiss made stainless steel mesh strap watch and box. Only thing is, it is not working. Tried two batteries, nothing! Being sold for parts or repair. Watch band is in great shape, back of watch still has plastic on part of it, 4 itty bitty screws that hold the back on are there, and the O ring seal is still there. Plenty of parts to update your current watch, or if I am missing something on how to get this watch going again, this is a great deal. Again, this is sold for parts or repair, no returns!

Most books show free shipping. Free shipping is media ( flat) rate. Ground. On my other items I usually do not show free shipping because I have discovered most people want to know what the shipping cost as well as the item. My shipping is calculated rate USPS and UPS on most items. They both base their cost ( and yours & mine) on weight, size and distance. It will cost more shipping to California than Houston.
I also combine shipping costs on multiple purchases. Some items show free shipping. It's free standard shipping usually first class or priority in padded envelope.
Clothes:
Clothing has size but items can be different. Please go by measurements. I tape measure as close as possible. Please email me if you need  measurements. Please look at pictures. I'm not a fashion blogger, just the basics on my listings. Email questions. If I've made an error on style ect please help me out by sending me a note. If your picky ask lots of questions. It has to be something I can look at the item and find out.

Shipping:
Please ask questions early. I ship quickly usually within  1 business days of payment. Media mail is less expensive for books but is GROUND ( as in by truck). Since I have moved to College Station I can no longer ship out on Saturdays.  I will always combine purchases when possible.  Email me if you need a shipping quote before bidding.  . Media is a special postal rate just for media ( Books, Tapes, Music) items.  I reserve the right to change shipping method as long as shipping time is the same or less.
