La Felsinea Commercial Cheese Grater.
Believe this is a 4HP Model, it is 3PH most likely 208/230V.
This was used in a small pasta facility until it closed down. This machine was used inside a cooled facility.
Therefore, there is rust on the motor casing.
There is HEAVY paint LOSS throughout the grater. There is also rust on the unit. SEE pictures.
We have not wired this up to be ran. We do not have 3PH power at the place we have this at right now.
The power would go to the wall, and the on/off switch would be that box you see.
The cord is falling apart, would need a new cord, or just hardwire it to a box on your wall.
Though, there it looks horrible, the grater roller rolls pretty smoothly in both direction when spun by hand.
Right now, it is bolted on the rusty cart that it sat on its entire life.
The grater opening dimensions overall is 13 1/8" by 7.5", the internal opening is 11.5" x 6"
Overall the base of the unit is 32" x 15.25" and 25.25" tall when the handle is down.
With the cart, it is an additional 31.5".
Again, this unit needs paint, it has rust and paint loss throughout the machine but the roller spins fine by hand. We have no tested the unit, but it is pretty simple, just power and a speed selector for 1 or 2. And 0 in the middle. The switch turns nicely, does not feel loose.
