This basic kit features 1 piece of 0.14-inch stainless steel that easily attaches to any propane and natural gas cooking grill with at least 3 burners and a minimum cooking area of 24 inches wide and 17 inches deep. Equipped with a 15-inch round cordierite stone pan, a high-temperature thermometer, and protective grilling gloves, this basic kit includes everything you need to start cooking delicious pan pizzas at home or any outdoor event. Cooking on the stone pan creates a crispier crust.
The unit creates a cooking chamber that focuses the heat into a small space which is great for getting the tops of your pizzas brown and properly cooked. Place the enclosure sleeve onto your grill surface, allow time for an adequate heat up, and start cooking your pizza. This kit also includes a heavy-duty cardboard carrying case for convenient storage and transportation.
