    Collecting Case knives - Identification and Price Guide
    . I have been collecting, buying, and selling CASE and other brands of vintage and modern pocket knives since 1973.
    I am offering some fine collectible pocket knives for sale. See my other auction listings for more collectible knives.
    This auction is for a lot of three vintage swell center folding hunter pattern pocket knives.
    These are all used knives with issues, for parts/repair/restoration.
    Each knife is 5-1/4” closed with brass liners.
    Knife #1 – VIKING EW NY – made by Kabar, 1920’s era.
    Blade has a large chip and a broken tip.
    Metal flake handles are badly deteriorated.
    Knife #2 – KABAR 1177 USA. 1960’s era.
    Blade is full, original finish with rust.
    Backspring with heavy rust.
    Great snap.
    Smooth black handles are badly deteriorated.
    Knife #3 – KABAR is the tang stamp. 1960’s to 70’s.
    Blade shows some wear, no snap, has been crudely repinned.
    Smooth black handles have no cracks or damage
    The knife shown in the photos is the exact knife that you will receive.
    All knives will be shipped promptly to you in a sturdy corrugated box.

    Any knives listed as having STAG handles have handles made of Sambar deer antler - naturally shed.
