Used. This item comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs, scratches, and dings from normal use.
Notes:
When power was applied, this item ran very smoothly.  It was not tested under a load.  This system is currently set up for 460VAC.  No further testing was performed.
Note:  The four electrical box screws snapped off and the cover is held on with electrical tape as seen in the images. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
