    . I have been collecting, buying, and selling CASE and other brands of vintage and modern pocket knives since 1973.
    I am offering some fine collectible pocket knives for sale. See my other auction listings for more collectible knives.
    CASE XX STAINLESS USA 2 dot 1978 stamped stag senator penknife, 5279 SSP, 3-1/8” closed.
    This knife was from the limited edition “Red Scroll” stag sets from 1978.
    One of about 14,000 made with plain bolsters.
    Both blades have strong snap no wobble.
    Brass liners. Stainless steel blades.
    A mint knife - never sharpened, original factory blade finish and edges.
    Nice genuine stag handles.
    The handles have no cracks or damage.
    Included is the vintage Case “pumpkin” box shown in the photos. Case used this style of box from the 1950’s through the mid-1980’s.
    Also includes the vintage Case “Use and Care” wrapper as shown in the photos.
