Buzzy is a wonderful handmade bear from MacPohlen  from Brea, California created exclusively for the 1997 Walt Disney World Teddy Bear and Doll Convention.
100% artist made Buzzy is a fully jointed honey colored German sparse mohair bear measuring 18" tall. He is wearing a leather collar with brass medallion  engraved with Buzzy on the from and Walt Disney World 1997 on the back.  He is poly and pellet stuffed with reproduction shoe button eyes. He has a hand stitched nose and mouth in moss brown. His muzzle and face is shaved as are the ends of his paws that have handstitching.  This bear is #18 out of a small edition of 30. He is handsigned and dated on his paw. Felt paw pads.
He comes with his COA from the convention.  The bear is in pristine condition and has been stored and never displayed.  Please note that the COA is creased.  Also included is the screen printed canvas tote bag from the convention.
His head tilt and expression are charming  and will capture your heart as he did mine.  This was the first Disney Convention I attended and I had my plan laid out of what I was going to purchase and Buzzy was not on the list, but when I saw him it was love at first site and he was the first Disney Convention bear I ever purchased.
