    The Artisan 3-e is the most energy efficient and productive fluid bed roaster in it's class. All electric clean hot air roasting! With a 3 lb. load capacity in a 8-12 minute roast cycle, the  Artisan 3-e will produce 18 lbs. per hour, hour after hour. This compact design fits in a 3' x 2' space making it great for a home-based business or restaurant/coffee shop installation.
