On the outer side this ring features Star of David in the center and an inscription from the "Shema Yisrael" engraved in Hebrew  "Shema Yisrael, Adonai Eloheinu, Adonai echad V'ahavta eit Adonai Elohecha, B'chawl l'vavcha, uv'chawl nafshecha, uv'chawl m'odecha" which means "Hear O Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is One. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might."
On the inner side of the ring it is engraved in English "Hear O Israel the Lord our God is One".
